I would like to be a leader with traits of an Eagle, which is a significant symbol in the Bible as well. While an eagle is high up in the sky, it can see things from a distance away because of its powerful and profound vision. Like the far-sighted Eagle, I believe I should have far-sighted vision to spot opportunities and potential obstacles clearly, so that I can make well-informed decisions for the benefit of my team and organisation.

Eagles have the ability to soar up high, which also shows off their vitality. Vitality is a state of being strong, active and full of energy. As a leader, I need to have the drive and energy to lead the team to achieve the organisation’s goals of truth, beauty and goodness.
As this familiar verse from Isaiah 40:31 says,
"but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint."
