Bethanie Wong

Everyone in my team is like the children in our centres - they are capable of learning, growing and glowing too. When we take the time to pay attention to their strengths and encourage them, or help them grow, we empower them to do the same for the children.

I am also reminded to pay close attention to each of them so that I know their needs better and can care for them better.
